General Terms

DigiMove is owned by IOS Relocations International, having its registered office at 706, Arun Chambers, Tardeo Main Road, Tardeo, Mumbai- 400034. We maintain this website as a service to our customers. By using our website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use.

• DigiMove webapp operational hours are from 9.30am to 6.30pm. Once a service is purchased, a DigiMove consultant will reach out to Transferee the same day during working hours. If purchase is made after working hours, DigiMove consultant will make contact the next day.
• DigiMove web-app does not guarantee admission to any schools under the school search program.
• DigiMove web-app will provide the most suitable housing options to the Transferee but does not guarantee closure of the property.
• Realtor conflict: in case of any realtor conflict, commission would need to be paid to DigiMove realtor, if property was viewed through them.
• For Gas Connection and Vehicle Registration, DigiMove does not guarantee the time frame within which the process would be completed.
• For Packing & Moving service, if there is any inconsistency or dispute with the packing vendor or if there are any damages, the same will be taken up directly by the Transferee with the vendor. DigiMove will not be involved.
• DigiMove recommends suitable Temporary Accommodation properties, however, does not guarantee availability of properties at the time of booking.
• DigiMove provides all services in good faith, recommends pre-inspected vendors. However, if there is any dispute or discrepancy, DigiMove platform owners and consultants would not be held responsible.

Pricing Terms

• Fees for each service is quoted in INR.
• Invoices are issued to the Transferee once the service is paid for, and a service request is placed.
• Realtors commission at one month's rent will be payable in addition to DigiMove service fees, immediately upon successful completion of the home search to the real estate agent.
• Transportation, if required by the transferee for any of the services, including for the accompanied Home Search program, is to be organised by the Transferee itself.
• All out-of-pocket or incidental expenses such as professional cleaning of the property, registration fees, agent fees, government fees, local taxes, courier charges and any other outlays costs incurred while conducting the service will be paid at actual's directly to the vendor /realtor /Service partner by the Transferee.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) 18 % will be applicable in addition for all services. Taxes are subject to change as per Government guidelines.

Payments

• All the payments to be done in favor of IOS Relocations International

Refund and Cancellation policy

• Services once booked cannot be cancelled even if not utilized. There is no refund for cancellation of services, in part or full.
